HutchShrooms is a local specialty mushroom farm focused on growing fresh, high-quality gourmet mushrooms in small batches. We’re starting with Lion’s Mane and Blue Oyster mushrooms, with Reishi and Cordyceps planned as we grow. Our goal is simple: carefully cultivated mushrooms, harvested fresh and offered directly to our local community.   • Reishi — Locally grown Reishi mushrooms, carefully cultivated in small batches and harvested at maturity. Known for their distinctive woody texture and naturally bitter flavor, Reishi is traditionally prepared as teas, broths, powders, and extracts rather than eaten as a culinary mushroom.
